Labourer Vacancy

Cut Fold NZ is looking for a fit, reliable and hardworking person to join the team in a Labourer position.

The role is varied with the aim of assisting in a range of tasks to ensure smooth running of the workshop.

 

Cut Fold NZ is a family owned and operated business based in Te Awamutu and runs alongside it’s brother company – Edwards Engineering Services Ltd. 

The owners, Brian and Kirsty Edwards, strive to create a fun, hard working environment for all employees.

We operate a busy fast paced workshop, with clients who expect top quality workmanship and deadlines that require the extra mile from our staff.

 

 

Tasks include:

• Operation of plasma cutter and brake press

• Forklift use – unloading/loading trucks

• Packaging and freight

• Heavy lifting - unloading and loading plates

• Assisting operators to ensure their day runs smoothly

• Quality Control

You Will Need:

• A great hard working attitude

• Desire to move up within the company

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

• Current drivers license (a heavy transport license would be an advantage)

• A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position

 

 

 

Cut Fold NZ operates out of a brand new purpose built premises on Riverhurst Drive, Te Awamutu and is currently experiencing substantial growth.
